Email support@chairbooks.com and a person answers. Say what screen you were on and what you expected to happen, and include a screenshot if you have one. We aim to reply within two business days.
Common questions
- Forgotten password — tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and a reset link is emailed to you.
- A figure looks wrong — every figure comes from rows you entered. Open the screen it came from and check the rows; if they are right and the total is not, email us and we will look.
- A dash instead of a number — a dash means the app could not load that figure, never that the figure is zero. Refresh, and email us if it stays.
- Getting your data out — Money › Tax prep exports your whole year as a spreadsheet file, plus a Schedule C worksheet.
- Deleting your account — email us from the address on the account and we will remove it and everything in it.
